Leadership Team

Corey Nunes
President
Corey has spent more than 14 years in the contents services industry, focused exclusively on improving how contents claims are handled from start to finish. As President of Trinity Contents Management, he is responsible for the company's vision and operational standards — building the systems, processes, and teams that allow Trinity to deliver consistent, high-quality results on every claim. His experience spans executive leadership, financial management, workflow optimization, and regulatory compliance, and he has led the company through significant operational growth and digital transformation. Corey's driving belief is that contents management should be a catalyst for faster, smoother claim resolution — and that belief shapes every decision about how Trinity operates, from how cycle times are managed to how carriers and policyholders experience the claims process.

Skip McHardy
Chief Strategy Officer
Skip brings over two decades of insurance industry experience to Trinity, spanning catastrophe adjusting, claims mediation, appraisal, and national operations leadership. He began his career as a catastrophe adjuster during Florida's historic 2004 hurricane season, went on to lead claims mediation and appraisal work, and spent over a decade in senior leadership at CRU Group, where as VP of Catastrophe Operations he grew the national portfolio from 2 to 14 carrier clients. At Trinity, Skip leads the company's growth strategy across Ontario and key Canadian markets, and oversees the development of reporting standards designed to reduce claims expenses and streamline adjuster workflows.

Hamid Razavi
Lead Consultant, Technology & Strategic Operations
Hamid brings nearly two decades of insurance industry experience to Trinity, with a career that has spanned virtually every role in the claims operation. He began at State Farm Insurance in 2006 as an Accident Benefits Adjuster, moved to AXA Insurance as a Senior AB Adjuster, and in 2010 transitioned to the independent adjusting side with CRU Group — where he spent the next twelve years handling catastrophe events across Canada in roles ranging from field adjuster and file reviewer to team lead, manager, and Director of Administration. Most recently, he managed a team of 35 auto adjusters for Allstate as APD Claims Manager. At Trinity, Hamid leads strategic projects focused on growth and national expansion, drawing on his deep understanding of what carriers need and how to deliver it efficiently.
Project Managers

Shubham Grover
Operations / Project Manager
Shubham has been a core part of Trinity's operation for five years, growing from the ground up into the role of Operations Manager. He is IICRC-certified as a Contents Processing Technician and oversees the day-to-day management of claims and facility operations — ensuring that every claim moving through Trinity's process stays on track, on standard, and on schedule. Adjusters and claims managers who work with Shubham know him for one thing above all else: reliability. When he's on your claim, you get a response, you get an update, and you get results.

Salman Tarique
Project Manager
Salman brings over five years of insurance industry experience to Trinity, having worked as a Claims Adjuster at CRU Group across auto, commercial auto, and property claims for national carriers including Economical, The Cooperators, Allstate, and Onlia. That firsthand adjusting experience gives him an understanding of what claims teams need from a contents partner that goes beyond the operational side. At Trinity, Salman manages the full lifecycle of contents claims from initial assessment through to final delivery, coordinating field teams, restoration activities, and adjuster communication to keep every file organized, efficient, and aligned with insurance standards. He is currently pursuing his Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) designation.
