We Built Trinity for You.
Trinity Contents Management was founded by former insurance adjusters who understood what claims teams actually need from a contents vendor — and built a company to deliver it. Every process, every report, every commitment was designed from the adjuster's side of the desk.
We Understand Your World
Before Trinity was a contents company, its founders were adjusters managing claims files and working with contents vendors. We know what it feels like to receive a contents report that doesn't match the format your file requires. We know the frustration of chasing multiple vendors for updates on a single claim. We know how a delayed contents turnaround holds up a closing and creates pressure from all sides.
That experience is why Trinity exists, and it shapes everything about how we operate. When you assign a claim to Trinity, you're working with a team that was built by people who once sat where you sit.
What you can expect when you work with Trinity.
A Dedicated Project Manager on Every Claim
From the moment a claim is assigned, you have one IICRC-certified project manager who owns the entire process. Pack-out, inventory, cleaning, restoration, storage, delivery — one person coordinates it all and serves as your single point of contact. No chasing down multiple teams, no conflicting updates, no gaps in communication.
Documentation That Supports Your File
Our inventory listings, replacement pricing, ACV calculations, and depreciation reports are built to go directly into your claims file without rework. Photo documentation is detailed, itemized, and formatted for clarity. Because our founders built the reporting process from an adjuster's perspective, the deliverables are designed to support reserve accuracy, reduce disputes, and accelerate claim resolution.
In-House Operations
Trinity operates a large facility with dedicated in-house capabilities across the full contents handling spectrum — including our own dry cleaning facility, electronics and appliances testing lab, furniture restoration workshop, and specialty contents handling. For items requiring specialized expertise beyond our in-house capabilities, we maintain preferred vendor relationships with negotiated rates, and those savings are passed directly to the carrier. Whether the work is completed in our facility or through our vetted specialty partners, every claim is managed by your dedicated Trinity project manager from start to finish.
24/7 Availability Across All of Ontario
Loss events don't follow business hours. Our team is available around the clock for emergency response and claim coordination, with mobile project teams serving every region of Ontario from our centralized facility.
Our Complete Contents Handling Services
Trinity provides end-to-end contents handling for residential property claims. Every service listed below is performed in-house by our team, and every claim is supported by comprehensive documentation designed for the claims file.
The Salvage Buyback Program
Trinity's salvage buyback program offers a percentage-based buyback on items deemed to have residual salvage value — contents that are non-salvageable from a restoration standpoint but still retain some market worth. This program provides an additional recovery opportunity on claims that would otherwise represent a total write-off on those items, turning what many carriers treat as a pure cost centre into a potential source of recovery.
How a Claim Works with Trinity
- 01
Claim Assignment
You contact Trinity by phone or through the Premier Partners Pass portal. A project manager is assigned to your claim immediately.
- 02
Initial Inspection
Your assigned project manager visits the loss site to conduct an initial assessment, evaluate the scope of the claim, and plan the contents handling approach.
- 03
Inventory, Evaluation, Disposition & Pack-Out
Our team inventories and photographs every item on-site, evaluating each for its disposition — whether it can be cleaned, restored, requires specialized treatment, or is non-salvageable. Items are categorized across Trinity's full disposition framework. Once inventory and evaluation are complete, the team performs a full pack-out with coding, labelling, and chain-of-custody documentation.
- 04
Cleaning, Restoration & Pricing
Items are routed to the appropriate in-house department — dry cleaning, electronics, furniture, art, or specialty items. Simultaneously, replacement pricing, ACV, and depreciation reports are prepared.
- 05
Documentation & Reporting
You receive one comprehensive report covering every item: condition, disposition, treatment performed, replacement value, ACV, and depreciation. The report is formatted to go directly into your claims file.
- 06
Storage, Delivery & Pack-Back
Contents are stored securely until the insured's property is ready. We coordinate delivery directly with the policyholder and return every item to its original location and provide final documentation to support claim closure.
