About Trinity

From the Adjuster's Desk to Ontario's Premier Contents Team.

Trinity Contents Management didn't start as a typical restoration company. It started with adjusters who saw a gap in how contents claims were being handled — and decided to close it.

Our Story

Built by adjusters, for adjusters.

Trinity Contents Management was founded by former insurance adjusters who spent years managing claims and working with contents vendors. Through that experience, they saw the same problems repeat themselves on claim after claim: fragmented communication across multiple vendors, documentation that didn't align with what the claims file required, inconsistent quality that created rework and delays, and a general disconnect between what contents companies delivered and what claims teams actually needed.

Rather than continuing to work around those problems, they built a company to solve them. Trinity was designed from the ground up with the claims process at its centre — not as an afterthought, but as the foundation for every decision about how the operation would run. The reporting format, the single project manager model, the in-house capabilities, the communication protocols — all of it was shaped by firsthand experience on the adjuster's side of the desk.

What began in 2014 as a comprehensive contents operation servicing only a small part of the GTA has grown into a company serving all of Ontario, with a large climate-controlled facility, dedicated in-house departments for every stage of the contents process, and a team of IICRC-certified project managers who manage claims from first contact through to delivery.

What Drives Us

Settle For Perfection.

That's not just a tagline — it's the standard we hold ourselves to on every claim. Every item that enters our facility is treated with the same care and attention whether it's a family heirloom or an everyday household item. Every report that leaves our team is reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and clarity before it reaches your file. Every interaction with a policyholder reflects on the adjuster and the carrier who assigned the claim, and we never lose sight of that.

We believe that a contents vendor should make a claims professional's job easier, not harder. That belief is baked into everything we do.
