Service

Safe, Secure, and Ready When You Are.

Trinity's facility provides secure, climate-controlled storage for contents while structural repairs are completed — with full tracking and retrieval capability throughout.

Storage During the Claim

Built for the realities of an active claim.

Contents claims don't move on a predictable timeline. Structural repairs may take weeks or months, and contents need a controlled environment for the duration.

Trinity provides secure, climate-controlled storage designed specifically for contents during active claims. Every item is tracked, and any item can be located and retrieved at any point in the process.

Facility Features

A 40,000 sq ft facility built around contents claims.

Climate-Controlled Environment

Stable temperature and humidity throughout the facility — critical for electronics, wood furniture, artwork, and musical instruments.

Security

Controlled access, surveillance, and active monitoring. Contents are organized into coded sections that correspond directly to the claim inventory.

Full Tracking & Retrieval

Every item is linked to the master inventory. Any item can be located and retrieved on request — useful when the policyholder or adjuster needs a specific piece during the claim.

Coordinated Pack-Back

Storage flows seamlessly into pack-back.

When repairs are complete, storage transitions directly into Trinity's pack-back service. Our team returns every item to its original location using the photo documentation captured during the initial inventory.

The policyholder returns to a home that looks the way it did before the loss — without the burden of organizing it themselves.

Storage Duration & Communication

An active phase of the claim, not a holding pattern.

Trinity maintains open communication with the adjuster and policyholder throughout the storage period. The project manager coordinates any access needs directly — whether that means retrieving an item, scheduling a viewing, or providing a status update.

Storage is treated as an active phase of the claim, not a holding pattern.
